Kelly is a town planner with a keen interest in land use and strategic planning. She has been involved in a range of land use planning projects including assisting with the preparation of growth management and housing strategies, highway upgrade strategies and industrial and employment land strategies.

Kelly continues to aim to provide quality work through her specialist skills in research analysis and graphic presentation.
