Philip is the Director of Major Projects at PSA Consulting (Australia). With over 40 years transport planning, traffic engineering, land use planning and construction experience with Brisbane City Council, Department of Transport and Main Roads and the private sector, Philip brings a wealth of knowledge to every project.

Prior to starting PSA Consulting in 2004, Philip spent 4 years as Director (Special Projects) with Transport and Main Roads heading up the planning and business case for the $2.2B Gateway Upgrade Project which included the second Gateway Bridge, Brisbane Airport deviation and 8/6 lane upgrade of Gateway Motorway.

Over the past 17+ years with PSA, Philip has worked on complex planning and design projects for all transport modes in Queensland and interstate. He is an accomplished traffic and transport engineer, communicator, facilitator and peer reviewer and brings a refreshing solution focus to difficult engineering problems .
