PSA’s expert team ensured approvals for Riverbend’s:

- Overarching site strategies,
- Master plans (including infrastructure),
- Stage 1 subdivision, and
- Site preparation and clearing works.
Within an integrated open space network fronting the Logan River, Riverbend will accommodate a retail centre, schools, sports parks and residential communities (up to 8,000 lots).
