In response to strong population growth in South East Queensland and the ageing population, Alzheimer’s Queensland engaged PSA Consulting to help obtain development approval for a new 30-bedroom, 4-storey aged care community at Mount Gravatt.
The proposed residential building was designed to:
- Provide the safety and support for high-care residents,
- Retain quality residential amenities, and
- Encourage interaction and connectivity with the surrounding AQ campus.
As experts in development approvals, PSA was able to smoothly guide the proposal through the application process – enabling Alzheimer’s Queensland to deliver much-needed accommodation and services to the community.
