Located within the Ripley Valley Priority Development Area, PSA Consulting supported the successful delivery of Ripley Central, a local retail and commercial centre developed by Griffith Group.
Working alongside JFP Urban Consultants and Satterley Property Group, PSA provided end-to-end traffic and transport input throughout the planning and construction process. Our team prepared traffic impact assessments, access and servicing strategies, and completed the final site inspection ahead of opening.
PSA’s scope of work included:

Final inspection and compliance verification
Positioned within a rapidly growing community, Ripley Central will provide convenient everyday services to local residents, with early tenants including 7-Eleven, Starbucks, Subway and The Swim Factory Australia. The centre will expand to include Bottlemart, The Cheesecake Shop, Sparkletown, and an Early Learning Child Care Centre.
