PSA Consulting prepared a State Significant Development Application for Agright’s Broiler Farm in Goolgowi. This project would provide several benefits – including capital investment and jobs – while diversifying the region’s economy and supporting the continued use of its productive agricultural land.
The project allows for the construction of two best-practice poultry farms – including:
- A total of 40 sheds,
- Capacity for 2.48 million birds, and
- Supporting infrastructure.
Facilitating the development application also saw PSA liaise with specialists on air quality, noise, traffic, bushfire, cultural heritage and civil engineering.
