PSA Consulting provided a multimodal corridor master plan for the Lae Drive corridor in Runaway Bay, between Costa Del Sol Avenue and Markham Avenue, for the City of Gold Coast.
This involved:
- Undertaking detailed research into the active and public transport networks for the corridor,
- Performing roundabout assessments and intersection analyses using SIDRA intersection performance software,
- Proposing intersection upgrades and corridor connections to suit the demographics and user profile of the corridor, and
- Developing individual mode solutions following a SWOT analysis at ultimate and interim time horizons.
PSA prepared three briefing notes, a technical summary report and a designed corridor master plan for public issue.
