Isaac Regional Council DA Assessment

PSA Consulting was engaged by Isaac Regional Council to provide development assessment services, assisting with the review and determination of applications. Our involvement helped reduce assessment backlogs, enhance approval efficiencies, and ensure applications aligned with local and state planning requirements. Through proactive engagement, PSA supported Council in maintaining effective development control. 

“Recruiting town planners is a challenge, and it becomes even more difficult when recruiting for a regional local government during a national planner shortage. 

To address these challenges and to respond to increasing development activity, Isaac Regional Council engaged PSA Consulting in 2021 to support their development assessment program. Since then, PSA has assisted Council with a wide range of services, including report writing, standard condition drafting, and managing Council’s duty planner service.
