The approved development involves the redevelopment of the existing Residential Aged Care (RAC) facility into a new, purpose-built three-storey aged care building accommodating 48 beds.
Located within the Character Residential Zone (Infill Housing) under the Brisbane City Plan 2014, the proposal was identified as Impact Assessable. The facility has been designed specifically to meet the needs of aged and dementia care residents, incorporating best-practice design principles to enhance quality of life.
