PSA Infrastructure provided in-house advice and planning to develop business cases for the nearly 7 km Stage 3 and 14 km Stage 4 extensions to the Gold Coast Light Rail (G:link).
As part of the project, PSA was required to:
- Demonstrate light rail land use benefits,
- Detail how to realise those benefits through the planning system, and
- Highlight how to work towards the goal of delivering integrated land use and transport outcomes that maximise the benefits of an investment in light rail.
Designed to respond to population growth and community needs, this critical infrastructure will support the Gold Coast and its continued growth for decades to come.
