Working with Monash University, PSAI provided in-depth business case development, procurement advisory and due diligence to inform decision-making around the Monash Malaysia and Monash Indonesia campuses.
Alongside creating a first principles program of services, PSA also put together a procurement strategy that informed:
- Project planning,
- Functional requirements,
- Procurement models,
- Risk identification and management, and
- Project governance approach.
In supporting the growth of Monash’s infrastructure, PSA has helped enable the university to deliver world-leading education to more students across the globe.
