PSA Infrastructure helped the Archerfield Airport Corporation formalise an electrical services agreement – to provide power connections to development sites at the airport.
The scope of services included:
- Developing project scope for specialist electrical contractors,
- Vetting utility providers on behalf of the client,
- Creating and negotiating connection and service agreements,
- Reviewing and advising on contractual terms,
- Engaging with the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications.
PSA’s deep understanding of planning, approvals and operations of federally leased airports – alongside utility services planning – allowed the team to provide specialist advice on commercial risks, develop a demand-based model that informed consumption by development area and negotiate favourable commercial terms.
