PSA Infrastructure worked with Brisbane Airport Corporation to prepare the Land Use Plan for the 2020 Airport Master Plan, which outlines the airport’s land use planning and development intent.
The project involved:
- Preparing new zoning and precinct plans,
- Drafting zone purpose and overall outcomes,
- Updating and rationalising land use definitions, and
- Undertaking compliance assessments with Local and State Planning
- Provisions, to meet the requirements of the Airports Act.
An essential part of the long-term planning at Brisbane Airport, PSA helped ensure the continual delivery of essential aviation infrastructure in advance of increased demand.
