Working with the Gladstone Regional Council to meet their strategic priorities, PSA Consulting prepared an independent development application for the proposed Boyne Tannum Aquatic Recreation Centre.
Serving a diverse group of users, the year-round multi-use facility will:
- Attract economic opportunities,
- Enhance community health and fitness, and
- Improve recreational, tourism and visitor experiences in the region.
To facilitate development on the site, PSA also managed the EPBC Referral – resolving all planning and environmental issues. The Council approved the project in April 2023 to provide equitable access to public swimming pool facilities that meet community needs.
