Sydney Science Park is a $5bn project that will create an internationally recognised epicentre for research and development in the heart of Western Sydney. Set over 280ha, Sydney Science Park will be a fully integrated community that will create more than 12,000 jobs, cater to over 10,000 students and be home to over 10,000 residents.
The PSA team has provided planning advice and support with respect to the various approval requirements for Sydney Science Park, including the Planning Proposal, Precinct 1 Master Plan and Stage 1 Subdivision Plans, High Technology Units and Infrastructure Approvals.
PSA has also worked with Celestino to review and contribute to the Western Sydney Aerotropolis SEPP and associated precinct plans.
