The Shellharbour Local Housing Strategy (LHS) provides Shellharbour City Council with an up-to-date evidence base that will inform housing delivery and locations across the LGA and more broadly addresses the responses to housing demand/supply issues and their policy implications. Through PSA Consulting’s involvement, an LHS was developed and adopted by Council in December 2019.
