Since acquisition of the site in the early 2000’s PSA Consulting worked with the owners of Rosewood Green to secure a various planning approval for a 300 lot residential estate. These overarching planning approvals were critical to protect development rights throughout a changing legislative environment including the SEQ Regional Plan, various Koala Policies and other environmental considerations.
PSA Consulting has assisted the owners in obtaining subsequent development approvals for subdivision, sales offices, local parks, infrastructure agreements and operational works approvals. Over half of the estate has now been delivered.
