PSA Consulting was engaged by Northside Christian College to prepare, and project manage a Ministerial Infrastructure Designation (MID) for the proposed expansion of the existing College to include additional sports fields, a multi-sports building complex and an auditorium extension.
The MID process required careful consideration of koala habitat which limited the developments impact on connectivity between areas to the east and west of the site.
The MID was recently approved by the Minister and sets up a planning regime that requires no further approvals to be obtained under the Planning Act 2016. The MID also requires the mitigation measures outlined in
