PSA Consulting has been responsible for project management and policy development in the last three South East Queensland Regional Plans. These plans establish the strategic direction and shape the growth of the largest regional area in Queensland for decades to come.
Undertaking extensive research and data analysis, PSA provided leadership and support to the Queensland Government – to address challenges like increasing urbanisation, the growing spatial divide and mounting pressure on biodiversity. Our team also worked with the Department of State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning to implement the Growth Monitoring Program.
PSA performed its role in-house, working with the internal team to deliver three core deliverables:
- Housing Supply Expert Panel,
- Measures that Matter (Dashboard), and
- Land Supply Development Monitoring (LSDM) online report.
