Rail Planning & Governance Advisory Services

PSA Consulting supported Translink Service Planning & Infrastructure in further developing their rail planning remit, strengthening both governance structures and technical advisory capabilities. 

Through this engagement, PSA Consulting: 

• Assisted in the establishment of new governance structures, including process development and implementation. 

• Supported the identification of tools and procedures to enhance alignment with funding programs and broader strategic objectives. 

By refining governance and technical processes, this project contributes to a more effective and future-focused rail planning framework for Translink.
