PSA Consulting was engaged by Northrop Consulting Engineers on behalf of Oakey Beef Exports Pty Ltd to prepare and lodge a development permit for a Material Change of Use at the Oakey Beef Exports Abattoir, which has now been approved by Toowoomba Regional Council.
The development involves the construction of a state-of-the-art rendering plant to replace the existing facility on-site. The new plant will enhance operational efficiency, produce higher-grade protein-based products, and reduce environmental impacts.
