Norfolk Island Strategic Land Use Planning Review (Phase 1)

PSA Consulting was engaged to lead Phase 1 of the Norfolk Island Plan (2002) Review, a pivotal project designed to align the Norfolk Island Plan (NI Plan) with evolving community expectations and contemporary statutory requirements. The scope of work encompassed a thorough legislative review to establish best practice guidelines, a detailed analysis of the NI Plan provisions and related policies to identify gaps, and initial stakeholder briefings and engagement. The insights and findings from this phase will directly inform the development of future amendments to the NI Plan, ensuring it remains responsive to both current needs and long-term objectives.
