PSA’s specialist project and program managers collaborate closely with TMR-Translink to lead and manage the Network Coordination Program within the Major Project Integration team.
The Network Coordination Program aims to establish a comprehensive, integrated, and multi-modal understanding of planned public transport network disruptions. Its purpose is to ensure adequate lead times for planning and delivery activities, enabling the effective and coordinated management of disruptions while minimising the overall impact on customers.
To achieve these goals, PSA has cultivated and sustained strong relationships with key external stakeholders and internal TMR business areas. These relationships are crucial to the ongoing success and value of the Network Coordination Program, ensuring it remains effective and aligned with TMR’s objectives.
