Kelsey has over ten years of experience as an urban and transport planner in local government and the private sector. She has worked as a consultant on projects including feasibility studies, due diligence advice, residential master plans, transportation impact analysis, active transport projects, environmental impact assessment and travel demand management.

Along with her technical expertise, Kelsey has outstanding GIS analysis, reporting and research skills, which make her an asset to any project team.
