PSA Consulting was engaged by TMR to undertake the Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island) Public Transport Strategy which aims to support the objectives of Minjerribah Futures by ensuring the public transport system enhances access for tourists and visitors and supports the liveability of the island for residents.
PSA gathered and analysed base-line data on public transport trips to, from and within the island to identify a number of strategic needs and actions. Extensive engagement was undertaken with the local community, industry, local government, and other State agencies through a series of ‘one-on-one’ meetings with targeted stakeholders, an online survey, and three community engagement sessions.
