Role objective
Provide professional support within the PSA team, collaborating with other disciplines to deliver successful outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in project delivery and proactively undertaking tasks to meet budget, quality, safety and timeframe expectations.
- Establishing client and business relationships by providing technical feedback and project updates.
- Working towards attaining accreditation through professional development, as well as active involvement and engagement within the industry.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, while contributing to a positive workplace culture aligned with our values.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities within your technical discipline, as required by PSA leadership.
Qualifications, skills and experience
We’re looking for engaged, passionate and skilled problem solvers who appreciate a challenge and want to leave a positive impact – not just on our clients, but on our people too.
- Relevant degree within your discipline
E.g., {Bachelor of Urban Development or Bachelor of Civil Engineering} - Professional accreditation and registration (or working towards)
E.g., {CPEng/RPEng or RPEQ/Registered Planner} - Solid understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of {planning or engineering} projects
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams
