The Hills District Community Place ITA & Feasibility Assessment

PSA Consulting was appointed by CRED Consulting (CRED) to provide traffic engineering advice and prepare an Integrated Transport Assessment (ITA) and Feasibility Assessment to support the development of the Business Case for The Hills District Place, located at Hope Street, Arana Hills. The City of Moreton Bay is exploring the potential to consolidate scattered, standalone community assets into a new community hub at Leslie Patrick Park. PSA Consulting conducted a comprehensive review, evaluating the site layout, access points, proposed parking provisions, network connectivity, and active transport options. Additionally, a financial feasibility assessment was performed for necessary intersection upgrades, alongside a SWOT analysis of the reconfigured options, ensuring a thorough evaluation of the project’s viability and long-term benefits.
