Noosa Transit Hubs Study

PSA Consulting was appointed by Noosa Council to review the function and design of two key ‘Transit Hubs’ identified for future development: the sub-regional transit facility at the Noosa Business Centre and the bus-rail interchange at Cooroy. The Study delievered a comprehensive options analysis and concept design report for each site, developed in collaboration with LatStudios. It also examined how the proposed designs will integrate with surrounding developments, land uses, and pedestrian connections. The findings from this study will inform the Principal’s Capital Works Program, guide updates to the Local Government Infrastructure Plan (LGIP), support future funding grant applications, and contribute to potential amendments to Noosa Plan 2020.
