PSA Consulting is engaged to undertake a number of short “sprint” analysis projects. Each sprint project is generally undertaken over a 2-week period and involves analysing vehicle turning movement volumes, traffic signal timing, and vehicle travel time data to determine the operating conditions of various intersections across the Gold Coast.
Depending on the context of the project, the analysis informs potential future infrastructure upgrades or signal phasing changes, or contributes to an overall benefits analysis for situations where an upgrade has recently been undertaken.
